- Crankshaft port timing has been modified to increase power at high rpm.
- Velocity Stack on the carb adds acceleration at high rpm.
- A 0.1 mm head gasket increases compression ratio for more power.
- Check out the difference in rpm using an APC 15x10 propeller: 120AX Special - 9,532; 120AX Standard - 9,260.
The velocity stack installed on the carburetor intake as standard contributes further acceleration at high RPM.
Additional machining, approx. 1mm deeper is done to enlarge the intake port. The new port timing contributes higher RPM.
0.1mm thick head gasket is employed to increase the compression ratio which contributes power increase at high RPM.
