• The crankshafts go through a 2-step boring process that reduces oscillating weight while retaining counterbalance weight. This boosts low-end throttle response and broadens the power curve.
• Special machining improves the balancing ratios of the piston and conrod, while still maintaining the rod's integrity. The result is better fuel economy and power that's both more linear and responsive.
• Sleeve porting increases port velocity while keeping proper port angles.
• The cranks are filled with a special epoxy that encourages better fuel/air mixture.
• The crank face is modified to improve aerodynamics, fuel atomizing and balance.
• The deck height is set to ensure proper compression ratios and head clearance for recommended nitro blends.
