This offer is available only to residents of the U.S.A. and Canada. Used, auction, auction web site and scratch and dent purchases do not qualify. Purchases must be made from an authorized Great Planes dealer. Items are subject to availability. Offer good only for as long as supplies last. Merchandise certificate request forms are available online. To receive a merchandise certificate, all of the following must be sent to the address shown postmarked no later than September 30, 2010: this completed request form; proof-of-purchase; and the original, dated cash register receipt or invoice from your purchase of any O.S. 4-stroke engine included in this offer between June 1 and August 31, 2010. This is a manufacturer offer and cannot be redeemed by retailers or combined with any other offer. Requests from retailers, groups or organizations will not be honored. Duplicate submissions will be discarded. Limit one merchandise certificate per purchase. Merchandise Certificates may be redeemed only at original place of purchase.
